FAQ
How do I get guests to actually upload?
Put the QR code on every table where it's visible while guests are seated. Most uploads happen during slower moments - between courses, at the bar, or while speeches are on. A quick mention from whoever is hosting the evening helps too.
Can older relatives use it?
Yes. The process is: open phone camera → point at QR code → tap the link → select a photo → done. If they can take a photo on their phone, they can upload. We have had guests in their 80s do it without help.
What if it's a surprise party?
Set up the album before the event, test the upload link yourself, then reveal the QR code once the birthday person has been surprised. The album stays private until you share the gallery link.
What happens to the photos after the party?
They stay in your Google Drive permanently. No subscription required to keep them. Even if uploadiYo disappeared, your photos would still be in your Drive exactly where they landed.
