FAQ
What about older family members who aren't tech-confident?
The upload is three steps: camera app → scan QR code → select photo. If they can take a photo with their phone, they can do this. We have had guests in their 80s complete it without any help.
Can family members upload old photos, not just new ones?
Yes. Anyone can upload from their photo library, not only photos taken at the event. It is a great way to collect old family pictures that have never been shared digitally - scanned prints, old iPhone photos, anything.
Can I share the finished album with everyone?
Yes. Make the gallery public and share the link, or download everything as a ZIP and distribute it by email or another app. The photos are yours to share however you like.
Can the album stay open for a few days after the reunion?
Yes. The album stays active until you manually close it. Relatives who forgot to upload during the event can still add their photos for days afterward.
