FAQ
Do attendees need any accounts or logins?
No. The upload works in any browser, on any device, on any network. No account, no login, no IT involvement required. The only person who needs an account is you, to receive photos in your Google Drive.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Photos are stored in your Google Drive, governed by your existing Google Workspace agreement. No employee photos are stored on third-party servers. You control who has access to the Drive folder.
Can we use it for internal-only events?
Yes. The album is private by default - only people with the QR code can upload. You decide who gets the code. The gallery can also be kept private so only Drive folder owners can view it.
Can multiple team members manage the album?
Yes. The Google Drive folder can be shared with any number of colleagues. Whoever you share the folder with can view, download, and manage the photos.
